      Urk. This just means that employers will need better background checks, if I ever get to the point where I would be reviewing an application, I'm definitely going to hear little alarm bells in my head at the mention of Texas if this legislation passes.

      Exactly. "You said you were from Texas?" Would probably be heard a lot when applying to jobs outside of Texas.
