Thread: Biology Coursework - Sleep Paralysis

I've got Biology Coursework coming up very soon and I decided to dedicate it to Sleeping and Dreaming (shocked smiley). In perticular I'm going to base it on Sleep Paralysis (both the natural occurance and that of the sleep disorder) and so I'm going to need as much factual information on the topic of sleep - what happens during it and why (stuff like REM cycles would help), and also Sleep Paralysis - again what happens on it and why.

So either post relevant and useful links to websites, threads, w/e, or just post some information here with diagrams and/or graphs. However, if there is any text or diagram information posted here, you must give me the origin of it (that's if it is not original content of course) - I don't want to be done for copywrite and get a zero for my courswork.

Also, if someone has already posted a very useful post on a certain topic, please don't post another one which has pretty much the same info but just with a different title, font and in a pretty shade of blue.
