I don't think anxiety would be any too big but for the time you know it and the last day. You are usually anxious for something you want to do, not for the opposite. And in any case, adrenaline makes me excited, so heck with it

To think of it, I probably would sleep nearly not at all. Which pays off twofold because of the extra time, and the likeliness of you to be asleep by the time you die.
