      Of course it's not radioactive...

      it's not like space is infinite and the finite amount of radioactive rocks in space has already been used up.

      Btw, I have also found this more valuable rock. I found it from a beach. It´s just one big white rock, but it´s surface is FULL of valuable little thingies. My geology teacher said it´s valuable, so...

      It could still be radioactive though. Space is infinite.

      By looking at your picture and the pictures from the site Specialis gave, I don't think your find is a meteorite. Yours looks like it has vesicles. But that doesn't mean the rock isn't special. Something drew you to it.
      I often pick up rocks that catch my eye when I travel or go into the woods to explore.
