I'm laughing so hard I got tears coming out of my eyes, it's freakin' pathetic!!! LOL!!! Having worked in tech support before, I tend to feel bad for the tech support agents abroad (even though I have pulled a few pranks on the company I worked for - childish, I know it) but this shit is awesome.
