Either way we're screwd. Bush is the incompetent, and Kerry is the incoherent. |

Man... I still can't believe he won. I mean, I have seen a bunch of mimic votes, and Kerry won them all. And I've seen about 500 Kerry signs, and like 3 Bush signs. I mean it may be different in other states, but, Colorado went rebulican even though I really do not know more then 10 republicans. |

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."
- Albert Einstein
"We're so engaged in doing things to achieve purposes of outer value that we forget the inner value, the rapture that is associated with being alive, is what it is all about."
-Joseph Campbell
"He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. This disgrace to civilisation should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, senseless brutality, deplorable love-of-country stance, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be part of so base an action! It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."
-Albert Einstein

No, the social revolution I see going on right now in the culture is a general disdain for the entire process of politics. I think these days people are becoming more secular and more critical of the world around them, and in 2004 there are so many like me out there... |

Tyranny comes in a uniform.
I think we all underestimated the right wing's ability to rally the hate vote with all the "Dibs on Marriage" amendments on state ballots. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama

I'm down, but can't Pennsylvania join the USC? That's where I'm from, and we voted against Bush in both elections. |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
And don't forget the brain-drain: Jesusland would quickly become a third-world country with the world's most advanced military. ph34r. |

In this crazy world if they don't consider you mad, then you have no confirmation of your own sanity, do you?
Imagine if this crazy world thought you were sane?! Oh my God, worst nightmare!

I agree with CT... but I don't like the US naming their territory after a slight disfiguration of my name... Maybe Dubyaland and Washington DC would become Dubyaville? |

Homosexuals and abortions threatening the entire population? Please. That'll make, I dunno, 10% of the population? Not to mention, I know a few homosexual couples with children, whether it be adopted or from a sperm donor. Plus, the human race could now exist without men, thanks to advances in biotech. |
