Were they expensive headphones?

Maybe if you still had the packet then Dixons could scan the barcode and maybe that would bring something up?

When I called Dixons for said receipt, they couldn't find any record of the sale, despite me giving them my name, address, bank card details, product information, exact time and date or purchase (since I was flying out of the country).

I don't know what to do about it now since Dixons cannot send a copy receipt because they cannot find it, the bank don't have any other information from my statement, and Shure want proof I bought them.

Adam, I'm not in the UK.. but if you charged them perhaps they would honor a copy of the payment shown on a charge card statement.. or a copy of your bank statement if you wrote a check?

Shure, they're the E4C isolating earbuds. They're discontinued now though.

They won't accept the bank statement, because it only says Dixons on it, rather than the make and model.

Good news though, I went back into the store, for the 3rd time and they managed to find the payment - took another 20 minutes for them to search, so I finally got my receipt, and can finally get my new replacements
