I can't remember exactly how it goes, but it's something like: every day (don't know his name, let's just say Mr. Smith) takes the elevator from the 80th floor (tis a very large building ) to the lobby before going to work. When he comes home, he takes the elevator up to the 49th floor, and then takes the stairs the rest of the way to his room on the 80th floor. Why does he only go up to the 49th floor? answer:he's too short to reach any button higher than the 49th that's the best I got sorry if you've heard it before or if it's lame

I think I've heard something like that. He takes the elevator up to the 80th floor if it's raining. If it's not raining, he takes it up to the 49th floor, then walks rest of the way. He uses his umbrella, he can't reach it otherwise. sorry for the bad grammer, i'm not feeling well, i need sleep.

No. Alright, riddle number two. Old Jack owns his own company guarded with night patrolmen. He takes time off to take a flight to Hawaii for vacation. The day before his flight, a frightened night patrolman runs up to Old Jack and says, "Old Jack! I had the strangest dream last night that your plane is going to crash! It was so real... do NOT get on that plane tomorrow!" Old Jack considers this, grateful, and decides against taking the plane. Sure enough, the plane crashes, and Old Jack soon approaches the night patrolman. Old Jack fires him. Why? Old Jack is a nice man!

Wrong. It is possible, and also you don't know what door the brother is guarding (as in the brothers may change guard, but you don't know who is who. They do, however, know which door is which, but they do not show any hints by appearance)

That one is... impossible... Let us just say that the truthful brother's door contains the riches, lying brother's the beast. Ask one of them "Are you asleep?" Truthful: No Lying: Yes. If they say no, going through that door. Yes, go through the other. The thing is, though, that you don't know which brother guards which door.

Almost, you have to go through the OPPOSITE door the brother answers. Door 1: Riches, Door 2: Beast. You: Which door would your brother say he would go through? Liar: Door 2 (which is opposite what the truthful guy would say) Truthful brother: Door 2 (telling truth that the brother would say he would go through the opposite door from the riches) Both answers are the same; both are false. Overturn this by going through the opposite door. (hellooo, instant retirement!)
