I think I am sick
I have been feeling terrible for the past 2 days with dry mouth, dizzyniess, and nausaiea caused by the dizzyness. I think it is just the flu and it is not really that bad. But I do seem to have very strange dreams while I am sick so this might let me have my 3rd LD since joining this forum.

Have you been drinking enough water? It may be just me, but I tend to feel that way when I'm very dehydrated.

vitamin d3 and ginger help ALOT for flus, and white tea hot with no sugar, bacteria love sugar. (although flu is a virus, it won't hurt right? lol)
Get well soon!, also take your temp. and if its over 102 thats really bad....even a 99-100 is considered a fever
(ginger also alleviates motion sickness and nausea, and also is good for your stomach and can relieve inflammation/pain.. you can make ginger tea or chew on ginger root...or there are ginger pills)
But vitamin d3 is also very important, there are two sources:
1. the sun, get a little tan, and the reaction from the sun creates vitamin d3, in small amounts though,

Sweat it out in a sauna or steam room, and drink lots of water while doing so. I love doing that when I'm sick.
