C) As per the terms and conditions, you may receive an refurbished iPod. D) They reserve the right to not care if your free ipod gets "lost" in delivery. E) It's a triangle scheme. Somebody always loses. Well, actually, lots of people lose. === Considering how there are currently completely new 20gb iPod's going for sale on eBay for only £137, and it took you 4 months to get hold of an free iPod, you could of got the same thing, except from a not-so-shady website with no worries about it falling apart or not arriving, much faster. Still, I suppose everybody has a right to delve into this wonderful free lunch scheme at their own will. 'k bye.

A) Of those 4 months i only spent a few (6 as a high estimate of total time spent toward getting the ipod) hours posting my link around B) The ipod is covered by a 1 year Apple phone and hardware warranty for any problems (breaking dropping it) C) Just checked over the Terms and condition it doesnt say anything about the possibility of a refurbished ipod Out of all the people on the free ipod message boards not one has ever stated they received a refurbished ipod D) Do you have any valid sources for any of your statements? Since you obviously did not read the ToS ill post them for you B) If a user does not receive a product, he or she should make sure that they have waited the appropriate time period and confirm that the shipping address given is indeed correct. Some people do lose but, the only people that lose are the ones who sign up but then dont try to refer people and say its a scam because they didnt get their ipod In the US the 4th gen Ipods Retail value are $299.99 and you would be very lucky to find one for $270 or less

I am happy with what I have and with who I am in general, and an Ipod really won't improve my life in any considerable way. Otherwise I would have bought one already.... k thanks....

it didnt improve my life considerably or make it better because it was lacking something but it does make my trips/ walking around campus a lot more fun and about the jealousy comment i made that was just talking smack
