I know this is a few monthsbold but I used this last night and I have a question-on the statistics when it says time is that the time when you are in whichever sleeping phase?the only reason I ask is because I want to find when i'm in rem state so I can wild . I know this seems like acdumb wuestion but my graphs first number is in the 20's so i'm confused
