I would take B6 and Tryptophan this creates serotonin which makes dreams more vivid and thus have better recall. |

B6 and melatonin. |
|
Can you become dependent on melatonin? |

Both are relatively safe to use. |

Ok, thanks! |

As far as I know 100MG of b6 a night is fine, I myself take 60mg a night been taking it for a week and a half and I'm still good. (currently taking 70mg) |

From personal experience, B6 is going to wake you up. I would advise taking the melatonin shortly before going to bed.. maybe ~10 minutes, and take the B6 right as you go to bed (eat a little cheese prior or some other sources of tryptophan, like a bedtime snack before taking the pills). |

Thanks for the advice. |
|
So did you take the B6, tryptophan, and melatonin? If so, what were your results? |
|
Due to a recent family event (My grandfather had to have open heart surgery) I couldn't get to vitamin store. I will make sure to post my results when I do get them in here. |
|
30 pills? That is insane |
|
Yeah here in the Netherlands you can only get higher then 0.1 mg if you go to a doctor but I don't really have time to go atm so I take 10-30 of them. |
