      My Melatonin Research

I was going to wait until I have a full weeks experience with this supplement before posting my results, but taking the tablets 2 nights in a row, and 2 VERY different methods of sleep with the same results I feel comfortable posting now.

( OVERALL: These tablets are by far the BEST over the counter supplement I have ever taken! I am including this supplement in my nightly routine from now on )

      First Night
      Dose: 9mg ( 3x 3mg Tablets )

      Relaxation / Comfort:
      (W/out Melatonin: 5/10 - W/ Melatonin: 9/10)
There was a VERY noticeable difference in how relaxed while taking the Melatonin supplement. For a natural, and over the counter supplement ( About 40-45mins after ingesting ) it gave my body an intense feeling of relaxation, it was almost euphoric. This feeling makes it dramatically more easy ( for myself ) to fall "asleep". The best ways I could describe the feeling was: " It's like smoking Marijuana, without the head cloudiness. ", and/or " It's like the feeling you get AFTER you just have fantastic sex. " ( Note: Melatonin is a natural occurring chemical produced in the Human brain that gives you're body that relaxed feeling at night time that helps you fall asleep. )

      Full Nights Sleep: (W/out Melatonin: 6.5/10 - W/ Melatonin: 7.5/10)
I'm naturally a light sleeper anyways, and (without Melatonin) I am always finding myself waking up and looking at my alarm clock. I get woken up sometimes by small sounds like the tags on my dogs collar as he walks. After Melatonin, I still recalled getting up twice ( Not sure if I woke up because I had to use the restroom or not though )

      Morning After: (W/out Melatonin: 9/10 - W/ Melatonin: 9/10)
For me, I didn't notice any difference in the way I felt the morning after ( Though, I should have since I got more accumulative sleep ). I think this is because of how light of a sleeper I am, as soon as I am awaken in the morning by my alarm clock, I am very aware, alert and ready to go.

      Side Effects: None

      DREAM EFFECTS
      ( FIRST NIGHT )

      Dream Vividness: (W/out Melatonin: 7/10 - W/ Melatonin 8.5/10 )
Dream Lucidity: N/A ( I didn't have Lucid Dreaming figured out before taking the supplement )
Dream Recall: (W/out Melatonin: 6/10 - W/ Melatonin 8.5/10) First time ever remembering more than 1 dream!

      Second Night:

      Dose: 12mg ( 4x 3mg tablets )

One the first night I took the tablets and did the nightly routine of letting the dogs out, using restroom and brushing teeth, and I went to bed within 10-15 minutes of ingestion. Well, on the second night I took 3 tablets and ended up having to stay up for 45 minutes and then going to bed, and by the time I got to bed the tablets had taken on full effect and I couldn't even lay there in enjoy it. As soon as I got comfortable it was lights out, lol.

      Full Nights Sleep:
      ( Same as above )
Morning After: ( Same as above )
      Side Effects: None

      DREAM EFFECTS
( SAME AS ABOVE IN ALL ASPECTS, and SECOND NIGHT REMEMBERING MORE THAN 1 DREAM!!!! )

Cool, never tried taking more than 1 pill of melatonin. At the moment I got 3 packs so it should'nt be a problem.
