      Device-aided lucid dream induction

      Hey there everyone,

      I was wondering if there was a good device to use to aid in Lucid Dream induction. I have heard about some device that helps Lucid Dream induction by flashing a red light at your eye's and upon training yourself to recognize that red light, you may induce lucidity. Does this really work better than the standard techniques that don't require an external device?

      Additionally, if the device-based induction methods do work well, which device is the best for induction?

      I just discovered Sound Induced Lucid Dream Training App for Phones - LucidWeaver
      It's a free app you can put on your cell phone.
      It has dream alarm , wake up alarm and random reality checks.
