Benadryl

Alright benadryl knocks me out after about an hour or so and I start feeling extremely heavy, disoriented and tired. I had to take some earlier today because allergies and asthma because I didn't have an inhaler but I got one later on. I took it around 8:30am and I can still feel it because I woke up from a nap about an hour ago. It is just starting to wear off (it is 4:45pm now) and I get the same affect with Dramamine. So I'm thinking of taking 2 more benadryl tonight for sleep aid and I've also heard it gives strange dreams. I'm not gonna take more than 2 but I wanna know how early before bed I should take it. And also do not try to talk me out of it because it won't work haha this the first time I will be taking it before bed.

Oh and what I mean for how long before bed should I take it for weird dreams. As I said it takes about an hour for me to start feeling tired and heavy

I take unnisom, it has a different ingredient, but I take it like 30 mins before bed. Same as benadryl, but I don't get any weird dreams cuz I take the shit so often. But I'd say take it like 30 mins before bed, but it will stay in your system for like 4 hours so you might get weird dreams during your first couple REM periods. Benadryl actually makes me kinda jittery, that's why I stick with unisom tabs.

Although it only happened when I took straight benadrly pills or tylenol pm which is the same thing. But when I take the unisom dissolvables, which is benadrly, I don't get it. Maybe its all in my head hahah. But I just take the unsisom tabs, which doesn't have dephihydramine. Spelling is terrible hahah. I went like 2 months strong without sleeping pills, but now I'm taking them again. I'm a dummy.

I wanna try lunesta or a strong sleeping pill like that. I could probably get some from my doctor since a lot of the time I can't get to sleep. I bet that stuff would knock me right out haha. I love when I'm so tired that right when I hit the pillow, I just pass out.
