Calea Zacatechichi - experiences?

I have yet to have a fully lucid dream since i started practicing RC's and other techniques. I just ordered Calea Zacatechichi in 12 pills from IamShaman. have any of you tried it before? i am very excited.

I bought the plain leaves and made tea/smoked some. No effect on my dreams at all. I think its more of a placebo effect than anything else.

I've had a few lucids with it as an aid. I consider it ok. I've never had a good means of having it though. I just had some leaves, and on occasion with eat them in pills. On one occasion I tried sipping the tea (Bad idea), but the main thing I tried was to light it. I inhaled the scent a bit, and went to bed. I woke up after a few hours and did it again, but very briefly. I did not have a daring or long lucid, but I had one of the most seamless transitions from my thoughts to a lucid dream. What I thought about was immediately my dream.

I have tried it in both liquid (extract) and leaf form. I have tried smoking it, drinking it as tea, and both together. I have tried it before bed and at WBTB. I would say it can make dreams more vivid - but I never got a lucid directly. The best lucid aid - that I use to this day are Nicotine patches with galantamine and Alpha GPC at WBTB - with L-tryp or Melotonine before bed.

thanks for replies, evildoctor - do you wake up feeling like shit after nicotine patches? cause i heard they make you feel like shit in the morning unless youre a smoker. which i am not. what is alpha GPC?

So they arrived, and i tried one pill out on saturday. swallowed it at around 8 o clock and went to bed at 1 am. every time i closed my eyes in bed, even if i consciously tried to resist hypnagogic imagery, it would spawn in vividness i normally dont get. I must have had at least 10 of these 30 second mini dreams before i even fell asleep. in the morning i woke up and went back to sleep a couple times and all in all remembered around 2 more dreams than usual. gonna try two next time, but so far this seems to be the best aid for visualization/WILD.
