Sort of an oddly specific request.
I don't know of any vitamins that might increase your chances of becoming lucid without having a possible effect on the dream content itself.
Vitamin b6 is known to cause vivid dreams and nightmares, so I can at least tell you to stay away from that one. You don't need to take supplements for lucid dreaming, so if you're worried about having vivid dreams, my advice is to just not take anything at all (specifically for lucid dreaming I mean, taking vitamins in general is a good thing that is beneficial regardless).
Really though, you shouldn't let fear get in the way of possible progress. There's no reason to be frightened of your dreams.
