      Everyday gadget you use to achieve lucidity?

      • I have recently bought a sony voice recorder to replace my dream journal. it works well and very easy and fast am very pleased with it. do any of you use them any pros and cons?
      • an mp3/alarm clock so it can play my mp3 binary beats with reminders that am dreaming.


      anything else that you guy use and might help?

      Binaural beats don't work without headphones (some would argue they don't work at all). They're suppose to work by playing different frequencies into different ears. Having both ears hear both frequencies defeats the purpose.
