      Benexol B1 + B6 + B12 = Dream Boost

      I'm officially declaring Benexol as a dream boost supplement I've already mentioned this (http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/benexo...t-try-68310/)( 5 nights 40 dreams), but I've started taking this again. Well,

      First try: 10 recorded dreams (non-lucids, but pretty sure tomorrow will be at least 2-3 lucids)

      Pros:
      • It is over the counter
      • Extreme dream recall
      • Vivid and auditory dreams


      Cons:
      • Sleep is mildly inturrupted
      • You wake up earlier than you expected
      • You feel like your mind just gone overdrive but not like an actual ache or something like that
