I woke up at about 3.30am and took a galantamine + choline pill. Unfortunately I didn't get to go back to sleep as my neighbours were having and argument and kept me awake for about 2 hours which was actually probably quite useful.

Then I put a sleep mask on as the light from the street was keeping me awake. I finally fell asleep and had several weird experiences;

Firstly, I heard wind blowing in my ears. Then I had what I can only describe as being sleep paralysis. It felt like my body was stuck to the bed and I couldn't move and found it hard to breathe. I told myself "this is sleep paralysis, relax". It didn't last long and I managed to free myself but wow, does it feel weird. At some point in the night I dreamt that I floated up to the ceiling and beyond at which point there was a layer of haze. I don't remember going back into my body. I am sure this was a dream rather than AP as it was very foggy but I remember the sensation of floating up to the ceiling which was also quite incredible. I'm so pleased I finally had some experiences. Going to try again next weekend.

Just one question; For anyone who has experienced astral projection, is it possible I really did astrally project or are they normally much more lucid and clear first time?
