Question Safe Amounts of B5 + Choline

I'm paranoid about toxicity and such. My pills of Choline are 310mg and my B5 are 100mg.

Is just taking one pill of each enough to effect dreams? If not, could you recommend the amount I should take safely?

Additionally, it would be awesome if you could suggest the frequency of when I can safely take the pills - like X amount of times per week.

Thanks a ton, and all answers are greatly appreciated!

      EDIT:

After doing more research online, I discovered that these are two rather safe substances - even in what I'd consider large amounts. With that being said, I'd like to restate my quesiton to: what range of intake should I get to effect dreaming?

I am no expert on this, it would be better to wait for a reply from somebody more knowledgeable. From what I read, I can say: Take 1 pill B5 (100mg) in the morning. When you do WBTB, take 1 or 2 pills Choline (310 or 620 mg). Repeat maximally 3 times per week.
PS: Which form of Choline is it?

Thanks for the reply! I'll start taking the B5 when I wake up.

As for the form of Choline, I have no idea what form is it, other than being a pill. The bottle doesn't say anything (besides ingredients of rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide).

400 - 800mg of choline during a WBTB (unlabeled choline is almost always a choline salt) is recommend for lucid dreaming in Thomas Yuschak's book. It is also strongly recommended to be taken synergistically with Glalantamine.
"I know that I am mortal by nature, and ephemeral; but when I trace at my pleasure the windings to and fro of the heavenly bodies I no longer touch the earth with my feet: I stand in the presence of Zeus himself and take my fill of ambrosia, food of the gods." - Claudius Ptolemy
