      New app for iOS users.

You should take a look at this:

      http://www.dreamonapp.com/

Some guys told me already, that they got OOB with it.
I for myself cant use it, because im not sleeping alone, but
for everyone with a single bed it should work.

Approved, it is free, I don't think it helps becoming lucid though, then again it does have functions similar to the other apps out there, I'll give it a go tonight!

Well, the app itself with 2 tracks is free, but it has a store with several other (lucid) tracks for € 0,79. Well worth it, if it works id say.

What I don't get is that on the video the guy says that the app will play a soudscape when you are being still, yet to my knowledge when you are dreaming (in REM) you are restless and moving quite alot, seems like the wrong way round to me.
I'm just waiting for an app which actually works, that has been finely tuned to help you lucid dream. But perhaps that will never happen either.

Your body is paralyzed when in REM sleep. If it wasn't, you'd be acting out your dreams whilst you sleep.

I'll give it a go; even if it is just for the gadget factor. I doubt it will work.

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...
