      B75 vitamin, great?

      Hey people
I wish to try out supplements to increase my recall, vivid and lucid.
Been looking for B6 vitamin on stores around my city but seems like nobody sells it. Seems like only way is to order it from internet, and I would like to avoid that because I still live in my dads house and I know he would be critic to it etc (because if he or his girlfriend would take in the post when it's arriving, he will question me etc).

Anyway, I found they got B75 vitamin at the store. It's 75mg of all B vitamins in 1 pill.
      So that's 75mg of B5, B6, B12, Choline and more.
I used the advance search window on this part of forum but there was no results.
Can B75 be great? I have been reading that B5, B6, B12 and Choline increase the recall etc. But no idea if it's great to take all of them at same time?
There's also other B vitamins in it, and no idea if they got any bad or good effects.

If it's great, about how often and much may be great to take?
      And about when before bed?

      [edit]
      Anybody?
Here's some info about them http://www.livestrong.com/article/27...f-vitamin-b-75
Says to improve memory, might be great for recall.

Though I read that it just passes the body quite fast, and wonder if it's then not effective as just a B6 vitamin?

I don't think there is a set amount for ALL of the B vitamins, my advice is to test it out for yourself, start low though!

You don't really need that much B6, personally I never found it effective.
I have read somewhere that you shouldn't take B5 and Galantamine together, not sure though.

Okay. Well, I can't recall any dreams.
Maybe I was unlucky this night, or if it might not have much effect.
However, the previous times I've been drinking alcohol this year (like 2-3 times), then I've been able to recall atleast 2 dreams. Last time was a few days ago, and I recalled 3 dreams after having hard to recall in over a week.

Still no effects really. Well, last night I took a B75 vitamin and I got a dream, but I did get a dream+fragment the day before, and that day I didn't take any B75 vitamin.
So for me this seems not to make any sense.
