Done with Choline. It's destroying my dream recall.

For a while now, I've been thinking that choline negatively affects my dream recall, but I believe last night confirmed it. Quitting smoking weed and supplementing with a B-complex and DMAE has done wonders for my dream recall over the past few weeks. AlphaGPC seems to help a bit as well, but nothing spectacular. I just received some Huperzine A today, so I'm going to try that with AlphaGPC tonight. Anyway, after having great dream recall ever since I started taking DMAE and a B-complex before bed, I decided to give some choline bitartrate one more shot last night. What do you know... I awoke this morning with zero dream recall for the first time in a couple weeks. I don't know what it is about choline bitartrate, but it seems to completely destroy my dream recall. Does anyone else have a similar experience with choline bitartrate? I might try choline cdp with this Huperzine A in the near future after I see how it works with the AlphaGPC, but I think I'm now done with choline bitartrate for good.

The funny thing is, choline in itself has made my dreams more vivid nearly early time I've taken it. I recently found an old (But not expired) set of pills I got from GNC. I took 750mg last night. I did have trouble sleeping where after originally going to bed around 10:30, I woke up around 1:30 am. I stayed up for around an hour, but went back to sleep. After an hour, I had a nice vivid lucid dream, which broke one of my many dry spells. I had not taken choline in over a year. To be fair however, I have been taking some other supplements as well lately to help with my pineal gland. Kelp, boron, and blue green algae.
