Just got Galantamine & Choline bottle from Dreamamins...anything I need to know before taking it?

Because I thought I read somewhere on here you need like Vitamin B-6 or B-12 for the Choline?

Bump? I'm not keen on taking the pills if it'll be a waste. Do you need to take other vitamins for the Choline to breakdown or does it matter??

And how long does it take for G & C to kick it? If I take it at a WBTB, how long would I wait before going back to sleep? I assume if it's instant it would be a waste since the pill hasn't taken effect right?

      Hi successer777

I take these and find them to be very effective for me they pretty much
guarantee i will have a lucid dream.

I take one on its own after about 3 or 4 hours sleep then after about 30 minutes
or so go back to sleep, mostly for me usually after 4.00am I wake up after having
      enjoyed a lucid dream.
The only time they have failed to work for me is if I am unable to get back to
sleep or I use them without a two day break in between doses.

      Thanks for your input!

So...taking the B-vitamins with it is NOT necessary?

For me they have worked fine by themselves.
      Good luck with them.

Always take them during a WBTB, I always take them 6 hours into sleep. The second thing to remember is that you might have a hard time falling back asleep once you've taken them, so make sure you take them right before you decide to go to sleep, that is at the end of your WBTB. Or you can take some L-Theanine to fall asleep more easily.
