so, i came across this board searching for links between using huperzine A and shamanic journeying-type meditation techniques. i use these techniques regularly and have been for 6 years. lately i have been taking a nootropic stack before my exercise workouts, and on my bike rides home i start to have great insights as part of my mind goes into a meditation state. the difference now is that it has a very lucid dream like quality, and i can still be totally present & coordinated in real waking time, but if i choose to go deeper, i can.
my questions are: is waking lucid dreaming a thing?
what else besides huperzine A could help me meditate in this way? it seems to work better after exercise so i'm assuming some level of fatigue, relaxation and endorphins?
