5-HTP Daily Use for LD?

Are there any negative effects of taking 100mg 5-HTP before bed daily to induce the likeliness of LD'ing?

If I take only 100mg a day would the effectiveness of the supplement be reduced?

If you're taking an anti-depressant along with 5-htp you could die. Other than that, probably nothing. Although, you'll build a tolerance within a few days.

I use 5-HTP but do not take it on daily basis. Only when I'm planning to do LD induction in early morning. Then I take from 50 to 100 mg.
My findings are that it helps and everyday I use it I wake up refreshed and alive.

I should add that I don't rely on 5-HTP only - I combine it with galantamine or huperzine plus choline which I take after sleeping for about 4-5 hours.
