      Good diet for inducing LD

Hi, instead of asking what kind of diet should I have in order to maximize my LD potential I'll prefer to actually know, what is your diet and how often do you experience LDs or OOBEs?

      Me :

Food : McDonalds, KFC, Pizza hut, instant ramen and kit kats xD (really)
Drinks : Hepar (brand of water containing magnesium, I like how it taste)
I never drink any cafeinated drinks, because it increases my levels of stress in my dayly life.

I Experience 3-5 LDs per week and 1-2 OOBEs per week.
When I want to LD/OOBE I sleep 4 hours then read some LD litterature and go back to sleep after 1h with a timer ringing every 15 minutes (I mainly do WILD, in case of failure the timer wakes me up and allow me to try again)

      Cheers.

      Um...anything other than your current diet would likely be an improvement. o_o;

I'm currently a half-ass vegetarian. Whenever I can, I eat primarily veggies, pasta, fruit, and nuts. If I'm in a hurry and have to get some fast food, its usually something with fish. I only eat meat when I'm pressed for time or at someones place and they offer it-- as a general principle, I hate rejecting free food, plus it always feels a little bit disrespectful to pass on homemade food someone has offered you...or maybe its just me?

How are you still alive? You must be sickly, unless you chomp lots of vitamin pills (or you're just exaggerating).

I don't know, maybe be it's because I'm 25 so my body can take it.
Last time I was sick was 2 years ago when I caught pertussis. I always keep my distance when I see someone sick and it seems to be working.

That's why I'm asking what is your diet and not the best diet. because my diet is suposed to greatly impar my capacity to LD, yet it doesn't.
So I hoping to get a lot of response in order to really see if those vegetable eating man are more succesfull.

      Lol totally stole my lines
I only eat meat if it's organic or from one of my neighboring farms, I've stopped eating fastfood a few months back, never touch drinks with sugar in them, only water, milk and a beer sometimes. My meals aren't ideally spread out but generally almost all my meals are homemade, even just pasta or rice or a loaf of bread is better than fastfood.
I can't really say if it will help you lucid dream, for me it does because I can't sleep when I eat junk food but some people can. I guess it's up to you to try a different lifestyle and see if anything changes ( which I recommend because your diet is pretty bad, could you at least eat one normal meal? The amount of excess salt and sugar you are probably getting in will definitely not do your kidneys any good.)

Lol, this thread is getting hijacked.
I'm just getting the sandwich at macDonalds and just the pieces of chicken at KFC.
I'm not ALWAYS eating mcDo since I go out with friends every week'end or so, I must be having 2 days of regular food every week.

But I can assure you, beside the salad in the McDo sandwich, I never ate vegetable in the past 3 years.
Except when I go see my grandmother.

You guy believe on the existence of other dimensions etc, but someone eating only fast food is making you tick xD

Lol, do you mean all of us...firstly most of us don't believe in other dimensions, secondly I don't regard one post as making someone "tick". The most likely reason as to why you don't notice the effects is probably because you just drink water, often sugar drinks are the culprit in bad diets because your body really has no use for them.
Anyways the answer to this thread is really simple, the only way to find our if a good diet induces LD's is to try it out, give a healthy diet a go and see how that goes for you.

Actually you're not far off, I know how unhealthy it is but sometimes we must the the bad with the better. Here's mine.

      Try wearing socks to bed
      scary movies
      chocolate
      apple juice
      salt and spice
      fat: junk food
