      Oversleeping and Sunlight

      Oversleeping plus the sunlight that comes in through the closed blinds.

      Does this sort of thing work for you?


      (There are posts about this in other areas of the forums, I but haven't seen any here, so... )

      More than once I've used a sleep mask if I want to sleep during the day. I find them very effective for that purpose.
