Hello, back again to report that the Remdreamer pro version came in the mail today. The big advantage to the Remdreamer pro (as compared to the regular Remdreamer), is the ability to incorporate sound cues. The device lets you record up to 30 seconds of cues, along with the visual stimuli, to help achieve a level of awareness to DILD. Can anyone tell me about the effectiveness of sound cues, and exactly what I should record? The manual suggests I use my name, then say that I'm dreaming. For the first night of experimentation, I'm using a default setting with the controls set to medium, which is six seconds of flashes at a level 6 intensity, plus the sound cues I have chosen. |
