Hey guys I am new as a member but have been checking this and other places for a while now.
I decided to manipulate the following substances related to acetylcholine and serotonin.
I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR HEALTH CONSULT A DOCTOR IF YOU WILL OR DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
Acetylcholine formula:
1,5 g of acetyl-l-carnitine
1,5 g of choline bitartrate
500 mg vitamin B5
500 mg vitamin C
200 mcg vitamin B12
30 mg Vitamin B1
I also added the following ( for brain health benefits)
Vitamin A 1,2 mg
Vitamin E 20 mg
Selenium 45 mcg
Vitamin D 10 mcg
-------------------------------
Serotonin/Melanin formula
L-tryptophan 1,5 g
Vitamin B6 100 mg
Vitamin B12 800 mcg
Folic acid 550 mcg
Biotin 200 mcg
Vitamin B1 15 mg
Vitamin B2 15 mg
Nicotinamide 50mg
Niacin 30 mg
Vitamin D 10 mcg
Vitamin C 200 mg
Zinc 35 mg
Magnesium 450 mg
Copper 1,2 mg
--------------------------------------
After 4-5 hours sleep
I toke these 2 formulas above together plus 1000 mg EPA and 460 mg DHA( 4 fish oil caps )
Also 4 teaspoons of sugar with water ( read it helps with the tryptophan)
All of that with empty stomach
Went back to sleep.
After each lucid/obe I would stay still, eyes closed and 20-30 seconds later enter another one.
I think each obe/lucid lasted from 3 m to 30 m each (average 17m) . I finally woke Up 4 hours later.

Besides the b vitamins vitamin c is important also zinc and magnesium have been linked to vivid dreams ( needed some copper to balance zinc)
Acetyl-l-carnitine, choline, vit b5, vit b1, vit c main precursors of acetylcholine .
L-tryptophan, vit b6, nicotinamide, zinc, magnesium main ones for serotonin.
Niacin linked to vivid dreams with zinc.
Vit b12 has been linked to vivid dreams.
Folic acid is synergic with it and recommended.
But you need to take the other vitamin Bs to not cause imbalance and protect health.
------------------------------------
I would like to add that I am taking l-phenylalanine during the day to balance my serotonin/dopamine levels.
Taking only serotonin precursors for long periods of time (months) probably will decrease your dopamine levels.
I take it with a few vitamins and minerals (do your own research plz)
