Can someone tell me how to auto suggest? I think I programmed a trigger phrase last night. I just used it and let me just say that before I said it, I was pissed off about how a sophomore got a better part than me, a junior, in a play that I just auditioned for and after I said the trigger phrase, I was very calm. I wasn't relaxed, but I was very very calm. Am I doing it right?
