i have been experimetning with the effects of b6(amounts), melatonin, and zinc




the b6 often makes my drema vivid and the melatonin helps me fall asleep, but none of this woudl do any good if it weren't for zinc.


what zinc does is, in part, helps create serotonin. I don't know exactly what serotonin does, but i can onoly remember my dreams if i take zinc before i go to bed. there is absolutley no other way i have remembered my dreams. i usually take 60 mg of zinc. any thoguths as to why?
