    Thread: Melatonin Help?

      i've just begun my quest for becoming lucid and i just picked up 3mg tablets of melatonin today.
      i've read in past posts that some people take it with B6, B-complex, bananas, and just plain.

      so i was wondering for people who have done all of these methods, which one works best?

      b6 and DMAE improve my recall. I never get enough sleep so iv never tried melotin.

      I herd somewere you can turn it into a psycadelic though, ima read more about that. :-)

      Melatonin is apparently a prescription substance in my country (NZ). I haven't used it. But I believe it helps getting to sleep. Not sure of its effects upon recall annd vividity or lucidity.

      i have tried melatonin for 3 nights now - hasn't done anything for dream recall or vividity, but makes me really sleepy, so i am too tired to wild

      I use melatonin to sleep on school days, all it does it make your body have more melatonin in it so that you can sleep. B6 is said to work with vividness but it hasn't worked for me, haven't tried the two together though

      melatonin works for me. not every time but a cople times.

      heres what I do and what you should at least try and see if it works.

      before you go to sleep, masturbate, wait 5 minutes after your done and take 3-6mg of melatonin, then wait 10-20 minutes before going to sleep and set your alarm for 5 in the morning, no need to actually get up and do anything you can just keep your eyes open for a little bit and think about dreaming and fall back to sleep. This works for me I hope it does for you.
