i usually take 200mg..which for me is 2 pills..so u could take 4 a couple hrs before bed (tonight even) id advise that u only do b6 2 to 3 days a week..sometimes i wait 3 weeks before taking it again so when i do take it after 3 weeks, it will have a better effect on my dreams |

There have been uncountable threads on this. Don't take B6 daily. Just DON'T. A few times a month, a couple of times a week max. And you don't need 200mg. Taking too much B6 will stop you from getting to sleep, and you might get a headache in the morning. |
Yeah, I tried it two nights in a row once, I felt like crap after the second night, looked like a zombie (thoughI got 7 hours of good, solid sleep) and it didn't help me have/control a lucid or with vividness. Plus, you wouldn't want to take that a lot, it speeds up the porduction of your red blood cells and unless you're like PMSing (which I hope that neither of you are) or have a lot of protein (it doesn't speed up the digestion of fat) in you that night, you'll feel like crap afterwards. |
Daily doses of B6 that exceed 200mg can cause central nervous system damage. As the Blue Meanie states, don't get in the habit of taking too much too often. IMO, the postive dream effects of B6 are highly exaggerated anyway. |

so how many pills should i take im taking your advise on the not every night thing but how many pills should i take on the nights i do it on? each pill has 50MG |

but it started with an alright scene.</span>
I take one 100mg pill whenever I feel like giving the melatonin a break. |
I got 50mg pills. I take around 2 per week, never more than one at the same time. I usually also take a fruit (banana or apple) to go along with it. |
I have 200mg pills. When I take 200mg I have a really deep sleep, same with 100mg, I haven't had much progress with b6 |

Lucid Dreams: 3
I did a WBTB last night with 200mg of B6 at 5:00am and, although I had a vivid dream, I woke up extremely dizzy. When I opened my eyes I couldn't even focus on anything because my eyes kept moving around. I don't think B6 had anything to do with this. I went to the Wikipedia article for B6 and it said that 200mg daily (I only do 200mg on the weekends) isn't enough to cause any real damage. Maybe I have a tumor or my blood pressure is low. I just wanted to post this in case it has anything to do with B6. |
I don't get it.....I couldn't find B6 anywhere except in a multi-vitamin B supplement: Which only has 2mg... |

I find that you can get 100mg pills at Kroger... that where I buy mine. Oh, and I did it just last night... Nights when I do it are amazing. They're rather goofy and I remember the WHOLE thing. Its VERY obvious if I've taken it or not... btw, I do 200mgs Sunday night so that I don't dread that day like I usually do. |
If you're taking more than a few milligrams of B6 at any age, you're probably taking too much. All things in moderation, eh? |
Well, last night, I took 400 mg or Valerian Root, 3 mg of melatonin and 100 mg of B6, and it did absolutly nothing. |
most of my lucids have happened when i take 50-100mg of b6. |
am i dreaming?
I'm gonna take 200mg tonight... I didn't Sunday cause I've sick. I'll post result tommorow. |
I took like 1200mgs of b6 once. I had a few dreams, but nothing special. Took me forever to fall asleep. |
ok... this is gonna be &%!#ing long so don't flip out. I got remembered this much after waking up IN THE MORNING! I love when I take this stuff. |
I just got some B6 yesterday, and it helped me alot. Mine is 200mg, but it is Time release, so I won't take any more for the rest of the week. |
