      Thumbs up

Each caplet contains 250mg of vitamin B6.

Now, I heard people on this forum say 200mg is too much... So I was wondering if it was.

This Wiki article answered my question, but another question, if I take 100mg (or less) a day would that be alright?

Cause not only do I like the dream vividness but all the other benifits from the vitamin seem to be appealing, too.

So I guess I could cut the pill in half and take it that way if 100mg is a good amount.

Do not take it every day. Take it twice every week, 3 times MAX, and only when you feel it will be effective.

On my bottle for 100mg pills, the directions are to take one every day, but that might be for people with calcium deficiency or something.

I take roughly 53mg of b6 a day from vitamins. That's about 2600% of the daily. 50mg right before I hit the gym from my ultra vitamin then another store brand multi later in the day with 3mg. Then whatever I get from food. I've been on the ultra vitamin for only a couple days and dream recall has gone up, could be the b6, could be my better dream journal entries and reality checks.

edit: the ultravitamin recomended be taken 3 times a day but I only take one to cut costs.
      I sleep to dream.

I'm taking 50mg of B6 each day through my multivitamins. I've noticed a significant increase in my dream recall by taking it just before I go to sleep.

I've been taking B6 each morning when I woke up for several months now (before I began researching lucid dreaming). I would be lucky to remember one dream.

After taking B6 at night I'm finding that i remember at least 4 dreams a night, a really noticeable improvement.
