Go to the pharmacy, by 50 mg pills of b6. Thats enough. As for raison bran, have fun. OH and by the way... B6 increases vividness and recall of dreams not necessarily makes you lucid |

DO A REALITY CHECK NOW
You don't need B6 to have good dream recall. A lot of people have "slumps" where they lose some dream recall. It will pass. Also, on the original topic, I use a 100mg B6 pill about once every 10 days. I find it makes my dreams more vivid, but makes my recall suck more. |

I had a strange dream last night...
so, what is the recommended dosage for someone starting on B6? 50mg? 100mg? |

Take 50 mg in the middle of the night (at least 3 hours in). B6 is water soluable, so if you take 50 mg before you go to sleep, after an hour and a half most of it will be in your urine. Sure, your body will get its daily dose of B6, and that would be enough to make your dreams more vivid, but that wont make you lucid. |

Where in the pharmacy are these located, I'd like to give this stuff a shot, and see what wonders it can do. Also, one question, can you become "dependant" on B6 to dream, or will they just go back to normal...thanks for the idea |
