Go to the pharmacy, by 50 mg pills of b6. Thats enough. As for raison bran, have fun. OH and by the way... B6 increases vividness and recall of dreams not necessarily makes you lucid

I hear bananas have lots of b6

speaking of which... maybe that is why my dream recall is diminishing... lack of b6?

You don't need B6 to have good dream recall. A lot of people have "slumps" where they lose some dream recall. It will pass. Also, on the original topic, I use a 100mg B6 pill about once every 10 days. I find it makes my dreams more vivid, but makes my recall suck more.
I had a strange dream last night...

Take 50 mg in the middle of the night (at least 3 hours in). B6 is water soluable, so if you take 50 mg before you go to sleep, after an hour and a half most of it will be in your urine. Sure, your body will get its daily dose of B6, and that would be enough to make your dreams more vivid, but that wont make you lucid.

Let me explain how B6 works - you take the pill in the middle of the night and fall asleep. If you take it 5 hours into the night it's better because of the way B6 works - it produces a random jolt of awareness in your dream. Pretty much the dream goes on and suddenly you are very aware that you are dreaming. There's no reason whatsoever present in the dream. The awareness just appears out of nowhere and produces pretty good lucidity. This happens about 30 minutes after taking the pill and lasts for about an hour. So if you take it 5 hours in, you are likely to have two dreams in that hour, so you have twice the chances of randomly becoming aware.

There used to be a thread on B6 induced lucid dream by some dude a few years ago. The majority of B6 threads/techniques found on these forums are just spinoffs of that thread. If you find it (thread is dated between dec 2003 and august 2004) you may find out more.

If 50 mg does doesnt work for you, take 100, but dont take more than that, also dont take it more than twice a week...

Where in the pharmacy are these located, I'd like to give this stuff a shot, and see what wonders it can do. Also, one question, can you become "dependant" on B6 to dream, or will they just go back to normal...thanks for the idea
