      I have a bottle of GABA supplements and not sure but i think they may be helpful with dreaming. Does anyone know about the supplement GABA and how much i should take, I also have L-Tyrosine...and i dont know that much about it either.
      I also have Melatonin, how many is good for inducing dreams....i have 3mg pills but i also get insomnia so i might need more than just one or two...thanks

      I personally know that Tyrosine can improve your mental clarity and focus, so it might help with dream recall. I've taken it for a while, and I've found that it gives me a mood lift and a little boost in focus. All Melatonin ever did for me was make me feel ill, so I can't really help you there.

      I don't know about GABA, but it would seem that since it's an inhibitory neruotransmitter, it would decrease activity, and probably make dreams foggier. But don't quote me on that.

      P.S.: Let me know how the Tyrosine works out.
