      Sleeping Masks

Is there any way to take advantage of a sleeping mask for lucid dreaming?

      I have a cheap one. It's ok.
I am a fairly light sleeper and get easily disturbed by light. I don't often go into a sensible SP. My first lucid and several of my others have involved me wearing one. I take it off occasionally on some nights though, because it can get kinda uncomfortable and dry for my eyes.

The advantages for me are what I just say. Cons are of course the dry eyes occasionally, and for some people it's very hard to become lucid if you have things you can sense all night like a mask, watch, etc...
