Hey, not quite sure on how much to eat before bed, but hope this helps. Just so you guys don't go wasting your time eating a bunch of any kind of cheese, the whole point of this is to eat cheese (or really any other food) that is high in Tryptophan, which vitamin B6 converts into Serotonin. Cheddar cheese is your best bet, but some other cheeses containing decent levels of Tryptophan include: Cottage cheese, Gruyere cheese, and Swiss cheese. But there area also other foods that you can get your Tryptophan from, just look some up if cheese isn't your thing.. It's probably not the healthiest option haha |
