You seem to have stopped having LC's??

If you mean lucid dreams then may i suggest you try improving your recall, just try your best to remember as many dreams as you can, that way you will increase the chances of having more conscious awareness in the dream state thus allowing you to have more lucid dreams, just try and remember as many dreams as you can and write them down in a dream journal. Good Luck

Writing them down helps you remember them much better.

      Heh, Lucid Creams...
And another thing, If you are going to write them down, try to write them down in proper English, as it will make it more easier for you to read later on in time.

True but, like most memories, they become clouded and distorted over time. The written word does not change.

...That is, unless it's transcribed and translated multiple times by underpaid monks. I learned that the hard way.

Hmm... what I sometimes do when my recall rate or lucid rate falls (they usually fall together) is take a combination of a few mg of melatonin and about 100mg of B6. Then that night I'll try a WBTB and sometimes a WILD and if I don't get lucid I'll remember quite a few dreams. This can kick start my recall etc.

(By the way this only happens every few months...)
