      Cheese Sandwitch?

(yes, i know i didnt spell sandwitch right) I was wondering if i were to eat a cheese sandwich would it have the same effect as just eating 3 slices of cheese. because i dont like eating cheese alone like that so it is hard for me. i think it would have the same effect, but i dont know much about it i cant be too sure

Well if eating cheese has any effect at all, eating the same amount of cheese but between two pieces of bread should be the same I think.

      Very bright Mes Terrant
I've heard the gossip that cheese would induce vivid dreams many times, but not once have I actually seen anyone positively confirm it. Tried it myself a couple of times with no success.

In fact I just ate 2 sandwitches with plenty of cheese, young cheese. Allthough I doubt it, I hope it really does have some effect, but in case it doesn't: At least I had alot of pleasure eating that yummy cheese 'cause I looooove cheese anywayz. ( I am afterall a Dutchman )

I mean can anyone positively claim with any degree of certainty that cheese has enhanced or at least altered their dreams?

I think it's BS. But, then again, I haven't specifically tested this. I think that food like this has such a small amount of whatever you're looking for (B6 I assume) that it won't do a thing.

Yeah I've also heard that meat before bedtime can give you "nightmares' but I always eat before bedtime and quite often salami other meat on bread and never noticed anything different. Me, being a DreamObsessed lucid dreamer, would have surely noticed.

I myself have only had 2 nights on a row where I took Vitamin B-complex earlier the day before and had very memorable dreams each night, but I'm not sure if it was Vitamin-B related since on other occasions, like recently, I took B-complex pills and woke up very groggy with close to 0 Dream Recall.

Only some entheogens have proven to be successfull dreamenhancers for me and obviously not everyone has an open mind to entheogens.

This Topic, amongts the 100nds of others surrounding this issue, is actually why I've recently started a Topic here named: "Listing EFFECTIVE dreamenhancers" to do away with all the said-to-be dreamenhancing foods, herbs and supplements.

Yeah, the idea of cheese improving your dreams in any way sounds like a tall tale to me too.

I feel the same way about the garlic one too.
