Have you gotten good results from hypnosis?

I've been wondering if anyone has gotten a fair amount lucidity with the files that were posted on DV. I would just like to see how well its been working for people.

I've been wondering if anyone has gotten a fair amount lucidity with the files that were posted on DV. I would just like to see how well its been working for people. I voted many because I use AILD quite a bit. Although not sure if my files are considered HYPNO (hypnosis). I use entrainment primarily with autosuggestion statements. This is nothing like the curse lucid dream files we've seen floating around. But I'm personally a big believer in entrainment and it works for me!
