Hmmm, I think you best bet would be to just work on your dream recall and try to get a DILD. However if you end up waking up during one during your REM period. Just go back to sleep using the FILD method and hopefully you will get an ld. |

You can try my technique for paralysis (look in signature), magically it give's me lucid dreams too, even if i don't have paralisys ;P |

My dream recall has actually been pretty good as far back as I can remember, so that's not my problem. |

DEILD - Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream technique is quite simple and works quite well. Maby you could give it a try and it doesn't really require much attention. Anyway just a suggestion... |
