      Best Technique

I haven't had an LD in a month. Can anyone tell me which techniques work best?

I've tried WILD, MILD, HILD and even FILD once. I can't WBTB because once I'm awake for a certain amount of time, I can't get back to sleep. It's frustrating.

Hmmm, I think you best bet would be to just work on your dream recall and try to get a DILD. However if you end up waking up during one during your REM period. Just go back to sleep using the FILD method and hopefully you will get an ld.

Never seen it said to simply.

My dream recall has actually been pretty good as far back as I can remember, so that's not my problem.

I'll try both suggestions. Hopefully one will work...thanks.

DEILD - Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream technique is quite simple and works quite well. Maby you could give it a try and it doesn't really require much attention. Anyway just a suggestion...

      Good luck!

I don't recall reading about that one. I'm willing to try anything at this point.

      Edit:

I just read the tutorial and I'm not sure if I can stay still. Everytime I wake up, I have to move due to pain. I will try it though. It sounds easy enough.

      2nd Edit:

I tried DEILD last night and no luck. I couldn't help but move each time I woke up.
