What do you think?
I think that even a nicotine patch without the galantamine should be able to give you very long lucid dreams. I know it has for me. I don't know how long those lucids really were, but they sure felt like several hours. If you combine nicotine with galantamine/choline, this should increase the effect.
The biggest problem with nicotine, according to Yuschak, is that it quickly leads to short and long term desensitization. Also, in my personal experience nicotine is a bit unreliable. I can get everything from fantastic LDs to not recalling any dreams at all. Lately I have been experimenting with a 4mg galantamine + 250mg choline bitartrate combination, and it seems to me that it's far more reliable than nicotine. The LDs haven't been as long as the longest LDs I've had on nicotine, but I plan to increase the dose and see how it goes.
