      Wattage, if you wish to fall asleep to music/sounds, there are plenty of MP3s and MP4s which may or may not have lucid dreaming subliminals imbedded in them that you can listen to.

      If you click on the "Search" link next to the "Staff" link above and use the search words "mp3* download" or "mp4* download".. you will be provided with a lot of posts that include mp3s/mp4s that you can download.

      I've been looking for some good ones for a while now too. I somehow lost all my old Monroe Institute hemisync CDs in the latest move.

      I sort of assumed that they would be all over the internet for free. Not so, not so.
