      galantamine + choline

Last night I woke efter 4 hours of sleep and took a *Lucid Dreamer* cap (galantamine, and choline), as usual, I could not sleep for several hours it was hard, after a while I got tired and warmed up a glass of milk to get sleep . It took me over 3 hours to fall asleep since I took the cap.

Then I dreamed that i was on bed trying to get some sleep, it took me a while until I realized that it was a dream, so i flew around the room and out through window, but the funny thing was that I could not fly through the closed window, so I opened the window and flew, but i could not fly , I was about to go down to the ground, slowly it was not like falling down no!! but like jumping down, I thought it was weird because I never have any trouble to fly in my dreams, what the heck I thought,

so I made a rc by looking at my hands and saw several fingers , which I thought was funny, everything felt soooooo real, then I ran to the lawn in front of me and there I saw a sea with many speed boats that stood next to the beach and lot of people who basked on the beach so amazing I thought, this feels so real i was so happy like YESS this is my lucid dream, on the side next to me there was a small boat with some people, there was a hot lady and some boys, I jumped into the boat and grabbed one of the boys and threw him out of the boat, I got an idea!! to throw out the boys from the boat and fuck the hot girl, when I grabbed the other boy I woke up: (
why?? I do not know, i had couple of lucid dreams after that but gote tired because i woke up to fast.

Now I wonder if I should take one capsule after 4 hours of sleep but i am worried if I will be spirited and not be able to sleep for several hours,

what should you combine galantamine and choline in order to sleep better fast and does not wake up constantly??

A sleeping pill that doesn't surpress REM sleep.

Where did you buy the pills by the way?

Kind of expensive. But hmm, if these pills kept you up, that would defeat the entire purpose of the pills. I think you were overly excited. Just relax and go to bed.

Part of the reason I know this is because you couldn't even sleep before the pill digested. So I'd just say, take the pill, lay back down, do some breathing excersizes and go to sleep.

      Good luck!

You should always combine galantamine and choline. Choline is the fuel that makes the galantamine work.

I always feel a little exhausted and tired after a night when using galantamine. I take at 3-4 am. Works great but don't get used to it, or it won't work anymore.

I've experienced similar problems with taking my Galantamind. I first few times I was able to fall back asleep in about 15 minutes, no real problems. But more recently I found myself unable to fall asleep again for like 2 hours. I think the problem was that I was taking it too late. I think the key is to find that perfect place in your sleep cycle. You need to be tired enough after taking the pill to basically fall right back asleep. For me this is after about 3-3.5 hours of sleep. You might want to try waking up earlier in the night and taking it at a different time. I only take it once every few weeks, so I'm still adjusting to find that perfect time in my REM cycle to take it, you should definitely do the same. Also you might want to try taking some tylenol PM along with it? That should help you fall back asleep, but I'm not sure how tylenol PM affects dreams.

I have a hard time sleeping after taking it too. It doesn't really work for me anymore I think I've taken it too much, maybe I should stop for a while. All that happens now is I find myself in bed and realise it's a dream but then I can hardly get out of bed or walk or see or do anything. So it gets me lucid but I can't do anything anymore and the dream finishes after seconds.

I don't know how to get round the sleep problem-but maybe if you try not to think about too much it might help? Cos I always start thinking about loads of stuff for ages after taking it and this stops me from sleeping.

Your supposed to stay awake for about a half hour to an hour after taking it anyways. You can just lie there if you want and practice wilding.

Also you could try adding a tad of melatonin to your mix. Start off with half a capsule (1.5 mg) capsules are usually 3mg.

      This should help.

It is typical that the dream always starts lying on the bed when you take this Medecin.

I'll wait a few days, then I will take 5-HTP one hour before bed, waking after 3 hours to take galantamine and choline, staying one hour with a glass of hot milk and a snack.

I am gonna add Melatonin to my list later to test it, but have to buy it over the internet.

I will update you guys on how it goes

Add Melatonin to it. Apparently that helps. I have the same problem with Dreamamins, it takes me about 2 hours to get back to sleep. Once I do though I'm well away Just hate lying there wide awake for so long.

Does anyone know if it is safe to take it in the long term? Been taking it for a couple of months now about twice a week-is this ok? If it doesn't work anymore after a while that is ok, as long as it's not damaging me in some way by taking it too much or for too long! I used to take 2 capsules each time but it was too strong I think because I'd have more like an OBE with them but get stuck in bed. (Probably not an OBE but it's easier to describe it as one) Then the dream would just end.

Now I just take one each time and it works really well. So is it ok to take in the long term? I don't want to just rely on this to get me lucid, I do get lucid naturally as well, but I do love this stuff as it pretty much guarantees a vivid long lucid.

      Thanks for the link!

I was considering to buy it from http://www.naturalhealthconsult.com/...lantamind.html , and the seller you bought it from is much cheaper. Though it's 4 mg instead of 8 mg. It's still $15 cheaper if I take two of the 4 mg pills each time.

No one really knows the long term affects. ....

They are using Galantamine for altzimers patents but they are usually pretty old ... so who knows. It is messing with your brain chemistry so that is always a concern. It also messes with other body systems that utilize some of the same chemistry, like your intestines.

We will all find out years down the road.

I used it off and on for several years and finally stopped because I didn't like some of the side effects ... but that's just me. I suspect it will affect each of us differently.

Yeh I guess it is a worry. I don't like using drugs-I've never taken illegal drugs and don't even like taking paracetamol unless I have to but then I take Galantamine! I will probably stop taking it after I've finished it all, or just take it very occasionally. If it improves your memory that's a good side affect-but can't say I've noticed that personally.

What side affects did you get dallyup if you don't mind me asking? I just felt a little bit sick the first couple of times I took it but have not had any bad effects since but yes it probably affects other people differently. I'm going to see if I can do some more research on possible long-term affects.

Yeah, I had a lot of trouble falling asleep as well. The answer is to take L-Theanine, about 200mg. You can get this at the health food store. This is a natural muscle relaxant found in Green Tea (without the caffeine). This greatly helped me to fall asleep after taking the Galantamine + Choline capsule.

Don't take melatonin, this will help you sleep, but does the opposite of the galantamine and chloine.
