      Consistent WILDs using galantimine

I have had multiple WILDs using Galantimine now, each time before last night they were DILD induced WILDS using WBTB.

Last night I had my very first completely conscience entry into a dream using WILD. Very much fun!

The only difference was I took Melitonin and B12 at 8:30, and went to bed. I was hoping the Melitonin would suppress rem and make it easier for me to get lucid in the middle of the night. Looks like that might work!

Later I woke at 1am, wbtb at 2am and took 4mg Galantamine / 500mg Choline.

I have also found Melatonin to be helpful before using galantamine and choline. My usual routine is to take melatonin around 9:00, asleep by 10:00 and up at 3:00 for G/C and WBTB.

      I usually have a WILD anywhere from 60-90 minutes later (4:00 - 4:30).

What is your ratio of success? Mine seems to be about 1 in 4 .

I get lucid almost 100% of the time on galantamine and choline.

Of those times, I'll have a WILD maybe 60-70% of the time, then 1 or more DILDS.

Galantamine is awesome. You just can't use it too often or you get desensitized to it. I use it every 4-5 days.

Do you have any posts that detail you method of WILD? How long you sleep, how long you say awake, the method of wild you use, etc.

My technique is atypical I think. I'll describe via a specific example.

9:00 pm - take 2-3 mg of melatonin

      10:00 pm asleep

      3:00 pm - take 8 mg galantamine and 400 mg choline (I think it's 400, could be 500).

Try to stay up till 3:50. Pee - so as to not be disturbed later.

Even if I doze watching TV, the galantamine wakes me at ~ the 4:00 am point.

From ~ 4:00 am on, try to fall back asleep. Simply relax and work through a number of possible scenarios and what I will do while lucid in any of those situations.

Wait for vibrations about my head and neck. Drift off with the vibrations. After 10 second of medium vibrations, a pause and another 5-10 seconds of strong vibrations, they stop. At this point I'm dreaming. I open my eyes and I'm right were I physically left off. The couch in the family room. But it's a dream couch

The 30-40% of the time this doesn't work, I fall asleep before transitioning into a dream via the vibrations.

I started using Galantamind 3-4 years ago and did it everyday for a couple of months not realizing that I would sensitize to it. After reading Thomas's book the lights went on.

This go-round I have added more Choline as my basic/core supplement and then many of the other supplements he recommends to add spice to the experience and not to be giving my body the same thing all the time.

I have taken the supplements seven times (once or twice a week) with seven nights of multiple WILDs. I was getting WILDs and LILDs consistently (years ago) before adding the extra Choline but was not getting the same strong transition experience nor such deep meaningfulness.

I use Galantimind which has 8mg Galantamine, 200mg Choline, 100mg B5 and a capsule of 300 mg Choline bitartrate.... that is my core dose.

I than add GPC, Yohimbine, L-DOPA, sulbutiamine or 5-HTP depending on what my intuition tells me. I have DMAE, L-Theanine and EGCG on there way to me to try in the next months to come.

I take the supplements after I awake after 4-5 hours sleep, listen to hemisync for 90-120 minutes and then lie very relaxed for the next ... however long it takes.. until I get out. Sometimes the process takes 'til 5AM before I am "out". If I am just patient the process always starts at some point.

In the morning I usually take the Piracetam to counter the sensitization process that killed it all before. And I wait longer between trials.
