No you're not doing something wrong. But here's a tip for dream recall, maybe two: Audio files aren't that necessery, and two: Just believe, that's the key, believe |
|
I downloaded some audio files from the Internet that are suppose to help with gaining lucitity, and I started listening to them while I went to sleep about a week ago. But since I started using them, I haven't been having lucid dreams, I can't remember my dreams at all. Not one detail about them. It's almost like I didn't have a dream at all. I can't remember any of it. |

I know that the files aren't for recall, but I'm not having lucid dreams, and even when I turn the files off I can't remember anything. |

Then practice naturally, that's what I do! Do you keep a Dream Journal? In my opinion that's the most basic thing for Dream Recall and Lucid Dreaming put together. |

what do you do besides listening to the files? Really those only work if you listen to them when going to sleep after WBTB. |
|
You can also trick yourself into thinking your in a lucid dream. When falling asleep with that, it makes you more lucky! |

Which file are you using? There are some for subliminal messages while awake and some for EILD to be used during sleep. |
|
Um, it's called "CurseLucidDreams." That's all I know about it. I listen to another after that called "CurseLucidDreams2" then "LucidRemix" |

| DILD= 5 | DEILD= 2 | MILD= 4 | WILD= 5 |
I've never heard of the curse ones, but the Lucid Remix should play during your REM sleep. Use the recall mp3 in the audio aids repository to aid in your recall. |
|
No, half-way through the first file I just pass out and when I wake up, I don't remember going to sleep or dreaming or anything. |

Maybe it's not loud enough? I really don't know, I've never had any luck with EILD audio either. I much prefer subliminal messages, try those instead, listen to them before bed, not during. |

sorry it took so long to reply. Was out of gone all week |

Could someone like myself, who has never had a lucid dream that wasn't brought on naturally, do a WBTB without doing any of the other techniques? |

Before you go to sleep remind yourself, when you wake up you'll remember your dreams. You can tell this to yourself a few times, this is some kind of hyposis you perform on your subcounscious. It works really well for most people, it did in my case.. also write your dreams down each morning, even if its only 'I can't remember the dream', just make sure you do it daily. Keeping a dreamjournal is very important for dreamrecall. |

Does depression make dream recall harder? |
