Unhappy Am I doing something wrong?

I downloaded some audio files from the Internet that are suppose to help with gaining lucitity, and I started listening to them while I went to sleep about a week ago. But since I started using them, I haven't been having lucid dreams, I can't remember my dreams at all. Not one detail about them. It's almost like I didn't have a dream at all. I can't remember any of it.

No you're not doing something wrong. But here's a tip for dream recall, maybe two: Audio files aren't that necessery, and two: Just believe, that's the key, believe

I know that the files aren't for recall, but I'm not having lucid dreams, and even when I turn the files off I can't remember anything.

Then practice naturally, that's what I do! Do you keep a Dream Journal? In my opinion that's the most basic thing for Dream Recall and Lucid Dreaming put together.

Take a look at mine if you need help with what to type.

But mainly, all you need to do is type/write down your dreams, nothing else, everything else just makes it look pretty.
